Born April 8, 1966 Randald Marion Stevenson also affectionately known as Blue or Little Rock, was called home by our Lord and Savior on July 14th, 2023at 5:15am in St. Paul, MN. He was 57 years old when he was called heaven.

Blue met LaTreca Scott in March of 199 in St. Pau, MN where they remained. inseparable until his unexpected departure.  With the union of their families, they shared love for their four children and 11 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Cora Davis, Maternal grandfather Leon Davis, Paternal grandfather Harrison Epps and Paternal grandmother Emma Small Epps, mother Yvonne Richardson (Stevenson), father Robert (Bobby) Lee Epps and brother Ronald Stevenson (Rome).

Blue was survived by his five brothers Robert "Anthony" Epps of Elgin, IL, Troy (Melissa) Epps of Chula Vista, California, Benjamin Walker of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Tyshown Stevenson of Thomasville, Georgia, Perry Stevenson of Stafford, Virginia.  Three sisters Charletta Renee (Mark) Anderson of Stafford, Virginia, Erica Epps of Elgin, IL, Leticia Epps of Carrolton, Georgia and four children, Veronica Budreau of Minneapolis, MN, Terrell Stevenson of Saint Paul, Treyvonne Stevenson of Saint Paul and step-daughter Tiffanie Hudson of West Saint Paul, MN.
