Ramona "Mona" Link-Thomas, 80, of Kailua, HI, passed away on May 20, 2022, after complications due to a recent surgery.
Mona was born on August 5, 1941, to Mildred and John Link in Dubuque, Iowa. Mona grew up in Iowa, Japan, and Hawaii, and graduated from Kailua High School in 1959. She married Marc Pass in June of 1959, moved back to Iowa and went on to have three children, Joni, Kevin, and Steven. She …
