RACINE—Ralph Benton Wells, 75, of Racine, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born on July 28, 1949, in Mason, WV, to the late Chester and Dorothy Cole Wells.
He was a U.S. Army veteran who honorably served his country during the Vietnam War.
