Ralph's obituary

Ralph Singh Warner Bisla went home to Jesus on October 22, 2022, at age 57.

Ralph was born to Anneliesse (Strang) and Raspal Bisla on June 08, 1965, in Derby, England. His family moved to Canada when he was a young child, and eventually came to the U.S. and settled in Clovis, California. He became a naturalized US citizen in 2007.

As a child, Ralph enjoyed riding dirt bikes and was active in martial arts. As an adult he had a number of hobbies and interests including international travel. He also mastered challenging activities including becoming a licensed small aircraft pilot, a certified scuba diver and a sailboat captain aboard the vessel he and his wife owned, SV Grace. Ralph took a number of sailing journeys aboard Grace, navigating the Columbia River solo as far as Portland, Oregon.

Ralph was an accomplished Journeyman Electrician and proud member of the IBEW Local 112.  Most recently he worked at the Hanford nuclear site and a number of data centers in the Pacific Northwest. Ralph met his current wife, Wendi in 2016 at Bethel Church in Richland, Washington. They married that same year.

Ralph had a heart for sharing the gospel in India and supported native missionaries there. He also supported Gospel Outreach in College Place, Washington, and the ministry of Woodland Hills Church in Maplewood, Minnesota which is led by Pastor Greg Boyd (whchurch.org) Prior to his death, Ralph was engaged in sponsoring refugees from Ukraine.

Throughout his adult life, he held an unwavering faith in God, which he shared with those who surrounded him.

Ralph joins his mother Anneliesse and sister Vanessa Bisla and in Heaven. He is survived by his wife Wendi Warner Bisla and sister Zarina Rosenfeld.
