Mick and I knew each other in high school. We found each other 4 years ago. He liked to tell people “she walked into my arms and never left.” It’s true! I never expected love at 61years old!
We laughed and shared a wonderful love. I always told him “you are my best love ever!” It was true.
He loved his beautiful girls and was thrilled being Papi to his smart & beautiful grandchildren.
He loved with all his heart. He truly loved his best friends and would do anything for them.
I love him. I miss him. Life won’t be so bright without him. I love you, my McLovin.
To this day, Mick (a white man) has been the ONLY man of any race to touch my hair! I can just hear him saying, “Ya gotta let that fro be free!!!” Lol.

He treated Mel’s grand babies and me like his own blood. In many ways, he was the only father figure I got to have in my life these past few years.

Yes, he was hilarious and the life of any party, but he also taught me soo many life lessons I’ll pass down to my children.

He’s already missed
Tamara
