Ralph Edwin Horton, 83, of Oldsmar, Florida, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2023, at Mease Countryside Hospital, Oldsmar, FL. Ralph was born January 3, 1940, in Elyria, OH, the son of the late Kenneth and Mary Elizabeth Horton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Bianco Horton; and brothers Harlan “Keith” and Roger Horton.
Ralph was an accomplished athlete in track, basketball, volleyball, baseball, bowling and football. He …
