Ralph Stevens Harris II (Steve), age 65, passed away on September 15th, 2023, in Rochester, MN. He was born on May 24th, 1958, to Ralph and Mary Ann Harris in England while his father served in the air force. They later moved to Arizona where Ralph grew up.
