Ralph Stevens Harris II (Steve), age 65, passed away on September 15th, 2023, in Rochester, MN. He was born on May 24th, 1958, to Ralph and Mary Ann Harris in England while his father served in the air force. They later moved to Arizona where Ralph grew up. He served in the Navy and was stationed in Japan for two years. He married Cindy McGovern on November 17th, 1981, in Las Vegas. They had four children together. He had a career as a house painter for over 20 years and owned his own painting business at one time. His nickname “Toad” came because he would hop around on stilts while painting. Ralph enjoyed fishing, playing cards, listening to music, and taking long drives. He was also a lifelong, very avid Dallas Cowboy fan.

Ralph is survived by his four children Rachel (Eric) Tacheny, Crystal (Nate) Stephenson, Shauna (Anthony) Overton, and Ralph (Tina) Harris III, his niece, Charia (Jason) Underwood and nephew Christopher Fuller, former wife Cindy Harris, and seven grandchildren (Grant, Adeline, Charlotte, Theodore, Griffin, Tucker, and Lettie).

He is preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Mary Ann Harris, his sisters Vicki Walker and Chris Tietz, his brother Robert Harris, and niece Beth Ann Harris.

The family requests memorial tributes directed to Ralph’s funeral fund to assist with expenses. There will be a celebration of life in Arizona at a later date.
