Ralph, 91 passed away peacefully surrounded by friends and family at his Washington D.C., DC home on Wednesday, September 7th, 2022. Ralph was a decorated veteran who served in the U.S. Marine Corps
Ralph was born on April 28th, 1931 in Queens, New York to his parents Miguel Cerame and Charlotte Sterling. When he was just 18, Ralph decided he wanted to join the Marine Corps. Ralph would go on to serve for 26 years. …
