Ralph “Bo” Williamson McCann III was born Nov. 14, 1957, in Dallas to Ralph “Bo” and Bobbie McCann. Bo grew up in Dallas with his brother Charlie and graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1976. He went on to study at the University of Texas at Austin before beginning employment at Continental Battery, a company his grandfather—the first Ralph Williamson McCann—started.
