Ralph N. Armstrong of Georgetown, DE, passed away peacefully on May 1st, 2023 at the age of 78.
Ralph Nelson Armstrong was born February 22, 1945, in Grand Falls, Newfoundland. He graduated from Port Huron HS in Michigan in 1963, and afterwards attended St Clair College in Port Huron, MI, earning an associates degree. He entered the United States Air Force where he served from 1965-1969 (SGT). The Air Force brought him to Delaware where …
