Background
The Cleveland Clinic Foundation is a deeply meaningful cause to us because of the exceptional cancer and end-of-life care they provided for our dad. Throughout his illness, the Clinic offered world-class treatment and unwavering support, helping him navigate a difficult journey with dignity. In his final days, their hospice team made it possible for him to remain at home, surrounded by family and comfort, while still receiving outstanding medical care. Supporting Cleveland Clinic is a way to honor the compassionate, expert care that gave my dad peace in his final moments and gave our family the gift of time together.
