Rafael M. Garcia, a longtime resident of Somers, NY, entered eternal rest peacefully in his sleep at home on July 30, 2025. Born on February 15, 1946, in Colombia, South America, he was the son of the late Ernesto Garcia Barriga (Vito) and Dolores Acevedo Tobon (Lolita), and one of eleven siblings.
