Thursday, April 8, 2021 Rachelle Desamours (Chelo), mother, daughter, and sister, passed away suddenly at the graceful age of 53. Rachelle will be forever remembered by her loving children Dimitry and Jordan Philomen. Rachelle is survived by her parents, Rose Marie and Rildin Desamours, her brothers and sisters, Achille, Ronyl, Saonarah, William, Barbara, Natacha, Phillip, and Daphney.
