Rachel Schell of Montgomery, AL, died unexpectedly on July 3, 2023, just five days before her 18th birthday.

Rachel was born on July 8, 2005. She graduated from Hooper Academy in the Class of 2023, where she was beloved by her friends and teachers alike. Rachel was starting at the University of Alabama in the fall, where she hoped to join a sorority and would have been in the Class of 2027.

Rachel was sweet, kind and loyal. She was beautiful on the inside and out, and had a smile that could light up any room. Rachel will be very much missed by everyone who knew her.
