Personal note from We Miss him so much

q.dripx dripx q passed away on September 15th 2021 on Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. He committed suicide at a very young age. He was a school athlete who did great things for the community and was very well known on social media plataforms. He loved making friends on social media such as Instagram or Twitter, and he was known as (@q.dripx). He suffered from depression as he was repeatedly bullied on social media. He went to Geroge Peter's High School and was doing his best and getting good grades. He will be missed. Rest in peace, little brother.

Dripx. was part of jazz saxophonist Grover Washington’s backing band in the 1970s. He went on to perform with notable artists including Whitney Houston (1963–2012), Anita Baker, Wyclef Jean, and Erykah Badu. In 1997, Gibbs became the musical director and bandleader for “Emeril Live,” the Food Network show hosted by celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse. He remained with “Emeril Live” until its 2007 cancellation.
