I am very shocked and extremely sad to hear the news. Quiet spoken, intelligent, helpful and no fuss - those are my memories of Prince. We always have good chats during the bus trips as we caught the same bus home. He was always speaking so proudly and warmly of his beautiful children and wife.  My deepest condolences to his family. Take good care of yourselves.
Prince was my manager when I first joined Mphasis, he was the best manager an employee could ever have. He taught me so many things from the technical aspects and I always used to turn to him for any queries. He was a great mentor, a wonderful human being. I cannot imagine that he is no more with us now. You will always be in our memory Prince; my deepest condolence to his wife and children.
I was so sorry to hear about Prince's passing. He was such a wonderful caring person who had a heart of gold. He was immensely talented and shared his technical knowledge willingly to assist in so many of our projects. It was great to see him progress in his career. On many occasions I introduced him in meetings as the "Prince Of India" as this reflected his special standing within our group. My condolences to his wife and children. Prince may have passed but he will never be forgotten.

I am so sad hearing the news of Prince's passing. We have been working together for over 15 years in the Westpac account, firstly in different countries and later in Adelaide. Prince was ever such a soft spoken, quiet achiever, with a subtle, intelligent sense of humour. He always made people feel good and had only positive thoughts for everyone. He will be deeply missed in the Westpac account. We will cherish his memory forever. My deepest and sincere condolences to his beautiful wife and children.
Rest in peace my friend. Will…

  • Seven you grow up in front of eyes , seems just the other day. Deeply pained at such an early demise. May The Almighty give you Eternal Peace,  and give The Family Strength to  Bear The Loss..
Poulami, I don’t have the words…I’m heartbroken for you and the kids. I hope all the memories that you and Prince made in the last two decades give you the strength to get through these difficult days. Love, Raka

RIP 🙏

Let the memories provide comfort in your journey through this loss Jhumpa didi.

It is extremely tragic to think about Dada leaving us so soon. He is leaving behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, and generosity. Dada shared good humor and a big smile with everyone he met. We can’t imagine what life is going to be like without him, but I know that his memory will live on at every moment of our lives. He is forever there with us.

I know Prince through his Brother in law shounak. I have heard that he is a wonderful husband and an excellent father. My heart is with his young family during this time and I wish and pray for strength for them to overcome this difficult moment.
Very sad to hear about Prince leaving us for heavenly abode so soon. We shared good times together at EDS and he was always ready to help and provide guidance both at professional and personal level. May his soul Rest In Peace and may God give all the strength to Poulami and children to bear this irrevocable loss. You will always live on in our hearts Prince!
My sincere and heartfelt condolences to Poulomi, the sweet kids, Shounak and all in the family. I met Prince only once but remember him as a kind and jovial person.
I was shocked to hear about Prince, My condolences with his family. We met in EDS while working in SAM project, he was full of joy and kindness. He was good whatever he does, learned a lot from him. May his soul Rest In Peace and give strength to his family.
I have really fond memories of Prince etched in my mind. He was always smiling and no one could ignore the twinkle in his eyes. My first meeting was with him when I was asked by my manager Ankur Suri to help Prince in some PowerBuilder related issue. It was very insignificant help but his thank you mail amazed me as he said “ you are a live saver” wish I could save his life this time.  I wish I could ask God why has he been so cruel to have taken him so early and I also pray to keep him happy where ever he is now 🙏
Prince - your sense of humor,…
Prince - your sense of humor, stories always put smile in our hearts; our bad days would simply become much endurable with your insightful quips and jokes shared. We will miss these moments very much.  You will be in our hearts forever.
We are at a loss of words to convey our deepest condolence to the bereaved family members. We being part of the extended family feel such a deep void and pain of the Prince’s  passing away leaving two blooming kids and his wife,  can fully empathise with the closed family members of their loss. Prince was a lovely human being full of life, jovial and always smiling.  Prince and Poulomi are a perfect couple and together with the little Kiddoos formed a perfect illuminated constellation and one star of the constellation has extinguished untimely. We pray to God to give Poulomi enough strength to see that the constellation retains its full glow. We being the part of the extended family are always with you- Kaku and Kakima ( Rupa and Ashok Chakrabarti) from New Delhi.

Prince, you will be sadly missed by all at the Westpac Account. I will always remember our LIA days which was when I first met you (in 2014) - we worked together closely and were constantly chatting over skype. After that we worked together on National Mortgage Form and CCR projects – both significant projects and you were pivotal to their success. You loved a challenge and always managed to come up with a solution to any problem. You were always willing to help anyone out and you were such a brilliant mentor to the developers. You really are a shining star Prince. Rest in Peace. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family and friends in this difficult time.

Prince would love it when one of my kids would visit the office (pre-covid).  He would entertain them with a twinkle in his eye and my son always asked about that funny guy in daddy's office.  His own twins were very lucky to have had Prince as their father and we were lucky to have had Prince in our lives.

What I'll remember most about Prince was that he always challenged himself to strive for the best in himself and his family.  He opened up many opportunities by working abroad. It is with great sadness that his journey can not continue.  We will all miss you Prince.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Poulami, Pranvi and Pranav and his family.

Unfortunately I didn't know Prince very well however I could tell through colleagues speaking, how highly regarded he was and of the specialised skills he had attained. No doubt a very passionate & talented person, who will be missed by everyone who knew him and was touched by his involvement.

Condolences to his family & friends.
