My deepest condolences to Kim & Jim & your families. Phyllis was my good friend & taught me a lot about living life & God's word. We ministered to the downtrodden & migrant population. I loved her teachings as I translated the word from her stories she wrote. I looked up to her. She was very generous, loving, kind & fun. God Bless you all. Mona Penaflor

Kim, Jim, Kristin, Stone & Kennedy, We're so very sorry for your loss. Phyllis ("Mom") always had that dry sense of humor, was feisty, and we loved hearing her stories of younger years. We are sending hugs and hopes for better days where you can share memories without the pain of loss. With our love, Mike, Deborah, Autumn & Andrew

Phyllis was my cousin. I have alot of fond memories of her. In 1965 I got married. Phyllis insisted I wear her wedding dress and veil. I accepted and wore it. That's the kind of person she was. Very kind and generous. Thank you Phyllis for the great memories. In my heart forever. Love your cousin Loretta Johnson! ♥️🙏😪

Do Not Weep for Me
When my last breath faded, I did not fall,I rose to the light that welcomes us all.No shadow followed, no fear remained,Only warmth where love is complete and unchained. The pain I carried slipped away,Like night surrendering to the day.Time slowed its pace, then let me be,Free and bright, with my God, in eternity.I see such colors, pure and true,Hear songs the world has never knew. Each note wrapped softly around my soul,Making every broken piece of me whole. So do not weep or feel despair,I am not gone, I’m everywhere.Speak my name with smiles, not tears,With grateful memories through the years. For I am home where peace, does stay,Where joy grows deeper every day.And when your path leads you here,I’ll be waiting for you, with love and care.
