In Loving Memory of Phyllis Plank

Phyllis Plank, beloved mother, sister, aunt and friend, gained her angel wings on September 18th, 2025. She was surrounded by love as she peacefully transitioned, her spirit finally free after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease.

Phyllis will be remembered for her kind heart, her strength, and her unwavering love for her family. She brought warmth and laughter to everyone who knew her, and her gentle presence will be deeply missed but forever felt.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Prairie Rest Cemetery in Delavan, Illinois, where she will be laid to rest with her husband and son who preceded her in death. 

Family and friends are invited to attend the graveside service to celebrate and remember Phyllis.
