Phyllis A Minnock, age 75 , formerly of Beacon Falls, CT passed away on May 11. 2019 at Green Bay Medical Center after a brief illness.
Born on Aug. 27, 1943 in Bridgeport, CT to the late Thomas and Dorothy (Pringle) Barber. Phyllis was widowed in 2004 by the love of her life, Charles Joseph Minnock Jr. Phyllis is survived by her three children, Charles Minnock III (Amanda) of Plattsville CO, Michael Minnock of Monroe CT and Stephen Minnock of Sand point ID, her two grandchildren Malina & Charles IV. Phyllis also leaves behind her three siblings, Joann Gossett, David (Pamela) Barber and Lisa (James) Lipphart . She was predeceased by her sister Sandy Riehl . Phyllis also leaves behind her brothers in law, John (Gail) Minnock, Paul (Bunny) Minnock and sisters in law Marie (Vito) Delvento and Janette (Robert)Delvento in addition to her many nieces and nephews .
