Phyllis's obituary

Phyllis Park, 55, of Bradford, PA, passed away on December 02, 2022 after a [long hard] battle with [lung disease].


Phyllis was born on [aug 29, 1967] to [charles johnson and helen cox] in [bradford pa]. In [], she met [dennis park], and they wed in [1984], going on to have [6] children, [Dennis Park, Christine Park, Anthony Park, Deborah Canada, Cory Park-Canada, Heather chamberlin ].

When Phyllis had [Dennis], she decided to dedicate her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother. Phyllis excelled at propping up [brothers and sister and many nieces and nephews ] and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. Whether that was [supporting her children] through [hard times] or [supporting nieces and nephews] through [whatever they desired], she made it her mission to improve the lives of others.

Phyllis was a passionate [about hanging with the grandchildren ] and when she wasn’t filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found in her [home] watching [television]. We will miss her greatly.

Phyllis was predeceased by [Charles Johnson sr (father) N Diane Johnson (Step Mother]. Both of bradford, Helen Cox( mother) N Chuck Cox ( Step Father) both of Bradford, A brother Jake Herbstritt of Bradford and another brother Charles Johnson of Jamestown. She is survived by [ her children Dennis, Christine, Anthony, Deborah, Cory, Heather several granchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews as well and her long time boyfriend of almost 30 yrs michael yarbrough].

The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to her son Anthony Park. There will b no memorial services but a small gathering for dinner at the new creations church on Prospect an south main st in Jamestown. Will also b a memorial and luncheon in bradford pa for those who cannot attend Jamestown.
