Our mother Phyllis Brown was called home on Saturday December 4, 2021 at her home that she shared with her loving husband John Brown. She was born on October 17, 1965 in Havre De Grace, MD to the Late William H. Cullum and late Clara A. Cullum/Cole. She married her husband John on June 14, 2003 after being together for 14 years.
