Phyllis's obituary

Phyllis Kay Hanson passed away in her sleep from a short illness on September 27th 2025, approximately 45 minutes before her 75th birthday, surrounded by her family and loved ones, listening to her favorite music.

 She was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in July 2025. 

She was the most beloved wife of William A. Hanson, Mother of Brenda D. Barker and Jason Fordyce, all of which she loved so very much.

The very best grandmother of Amber Antonavich of Austin, Texas, Richard Nicholas Antonavich, and Timothy K. Jackson, as well as her great grandchildren, Mykee Antonavich and Oliver Jackson, all of Pendleton Oregon. She spent her entire life loving her grandkids and taking care of them. 

She is survived by 2 of her 9 siblings, her brother Douglas Dale Barker and her sister Virginia Jane "Cookie" McCarley. 

She was predeceased by: Her Mother Willie Mae Barker, Father Quinten Barker, Patsy Merle, Carolyn Sue, Judith Joan "Judy", Glenda Gale, Ronnie Stephen, Karen Jean, Dennis Dene. 

She was the world to us all and we love and miss her so much.
