Phyllis Foote, age 85, of Orlando FL, passed away peacefully September 2, at home surrounded by family. She was born on November 17, 1935 in Mount Vernon, OH to Arthur H. and Verna G. McMillan. She attended Kent State University and was member of Sigma Kappa Phi sorority. On December 28th, 1955 she married Lowell C. Foote. The couple relocated to Winter Haven, Florida where she lovingly raised four beautiful children. Phyllis later retired from …
