Phyllis Bush Dowdy of Chesterfield Virginia, passed away peacefully in the presence of her husband and family members on June 8, 2025, Pentecost Sunday. Preceded in death by her parents Bob and Inez Bush, she is survived by her loving husband Donald W. Dowdy, her siblings Diane B. Gittin (Larry), Robert A. Bush (Patricia), Barbi B. Partlow (Stephen), and Jacki B. Thompson (Randy) along with her dear nieces, nephews, and cousins.Phyllis got a later start …
