Ms. Phoebe Ann Jenkins was born September 18, 1941 in McClellanville, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Shepherd “Shep” and Rev. Elouise “Nancy” Jenkins. God gently called Phoebe Ann to his eternal resting place on April 12, 2023.
Phoebe was educated in the public schools of Charleston County. She graduated from Burke High School in 1959 and Benedict College in 1963 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies. She continued her …
