Phoebe May Green passed away unexpectedly on December 28, 2025 in Kerrville, Texas. Phoebe was born in Everett, Washington to David Green and Lori Rollins.

Phoebe was a lover of all things related to animals, books, film, and especially music. She played guitar and sang beautifully. Some of her fondest memories were traveling and seeing musical performances with her grandmother and older brother. Phoebe developed a keen interest in spirituality in all forms from a very young age and would talk at length about the various belief systems she studied. She spent the last five years of her life in Kerrville, TX where she found a strong sense of self and community. Throughout her life, Phoebe always maintained a true sense of optimism and displayed genuine compassion to anyone fortunate enough to know her and many who didn’t.

Phoebe is survived by her parents Lori and David (Amy), brother Maxfield (Taylor), grandmothers Kathryn and Beverly, uncles Chuck and Brian (Elana), cousins Josephine and Veronica, and cat Linus.

A memorial service will be held on January 31st at 12:00 PM CST at Unity of the Hill Country. 1016 Jefferson St, Kerrville TX 78028 and livestreamed. A private service for family and close friends will be held in WA.
