Phyllis Todd, aged 88, died on August 4, 2020 at the Windsor Estates in St. Charles, Missouri. She was born August 4, 1932 in St. Louis, to William Luraschi and Precious Luraschi (nee Peters). Phyllis was originally raised in Webster Groves and later grew up on a farm, where she learned to ride horses. She attended Roosevelt High School in St. Louis, graduating in 1950.
