Phillip "Phil" William Vitullo
Background
Phil was a type 1 Diabetic. He died 9 days before his 61st Birthday. Phil was a great guy and diabetes couldn't take this. Diabetes complications caused Phil to have health issues and Phil believed in the work the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation .
