Philip Charles Taylor born in Tyler, Texas January 14 1951 passed away on September 1, 2025 in Tyler, Texas. There is no life insurance policy to help with the expense. I am the grandmother have three of my grandchildren. I am raising and financially cannot pull this by myself. It’s been 18 days and I still haven’t been able to get the cremation done anyone that can and will donate. I appreciate greatly.
