For the little time I had seen him he had a smile that was so contagious and a heart of gold. He will be missed by all. I'm sorry me and my family can't be with you all today. Heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the Minjarez and Gallegos family in the loss of Phil. I knew Phil as relation through his wife Charlene, and for a few years as a coworker and fellow Veteran. He was a very up front individual and always treated me well. Some of our commonalities included sports - especially fast pitch softball and baseball. May he now Rest In Eternal Peace - Rest assured that as a fellow Veteran he is Never Forgotten.
