Philip M. Lowe, 23, of Wilkes-Barre, lost his ongoing battle with depression on Saturday, May 5th, 2018. Born in Kingston, he was the son of James and Sandy Goldstein-Stoss. He was a graduate of Scranton Prep and attended Luzerne County Community College for nursing. He worked as a dietary aide at General Hospital.
