Phil was a nice guy. He always smiled before he said hi. He was never above anyone. He was a kind and gentle soul. Phil will forever remain in our hearts.

I miss Phil. He was such a nice guy. Would always smile before he spoke and said hi. He wasn't above anyone. Just a gentle soul. He will remain in our Hearts forever.

Phil let me know how much his wife and family meant to him, his love of music and that he had two wonderful cruises with his wife. He always said he married up and was on a cloud.

I was so saddened and shocked to hear of Phil's passing. I knew him from my work in the late 1990s.

Our entire baseball family - myself, Pam, Patrick, Peter, Ryan, Kristin and Karin (and the many other Thousand Oaks Bulldogs) loved Coach Phil.
Always positive, always intelligent and always fun to be with at every game.
He was a spark to every victory. I can still hear him say at every critical point in a game, "Right Here, Right Now". Never forget those words.
Mimi and Shakey: so sorry.
Joe and Pam.

Sending my love to Mimi, Karina, Jacob and Andrew. Phil was larger than life, always in the middle of the activity and life of the party. He is kind, giving and smart. I met Phil as our sons played basketball together snd we were TOHS Basketball family members. We shared a Valentines dinner together (Mimi and Mike were there too ❤️), he was the auctioneer for 2 of my fundraisers (he took it quite seriously which surprised me) and was the MC/ DJ for our wedding (Mimi created all the beautiful floral arrangements). My sons, Stephen and Ryan, always wanted to beat him at ping pong and corn hole, Phil was a good athlete!!! Oh, and his drumming in the band was so much fun!!! Phil is so proud of his children and adores Mimi ❤️ Know that he loves you dearly. As Jesus died for us and made a way for us to spend eternity with the Almighty Father in heaven, Phil is in glory with our Lord Jesus and waiting for us to come up. Just so sad that God took him home so soon. God’s Blessings on all of you- Love Vicky Anderson

So sorry to hear of your loss. I only worked for him for a short time when I first started at H2Scan. He was a super nice guy.

Mimi, Karina, Jacob, & Andrew, our deepest condolences to each of you. Words cannot express how we feel right now, just know that Phil was a very special friend to us. Too many great memories to mention, but we are blessed to have them. Thank you Phil for teaching us how to live life to the fullest and for showing us what love is all about. The Flannery's

Phil was such a GREAT Boss, I'm going to miss the talks the Hello every single morning, the great stories he shared, about life God, family, sports. My heart is sad, because some people gives hope encouragement, life lessons wisdom. Phil was that person, I thank God I had a chance to meet him. Family thank you for sharing a great Father, Husband and a Grandfather, he was so excited the arrival of his first Grandchild. Phil became one of us showing all the pictures. My Prayer is when you feel sad and shed a tear, God would catch everyone and place them with the greatest of thoughts Phil shared with so many.
Bless You!
