It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Phillip Emerson, who left us on June 4, 2025. Born on November 13, 1951, Phillip was a beloved figure in his community and a cherished family man, always known for his love towards his children and grandchildren, indefatigable work ethic, caring nature, and the joy he brought to others with his unique sense of humor.

Phillip's memory will be eternally carried in the hearts of his beloved children. His sons, Timothy Emerson and Phillip Emerson Jr., and his daughters, Tranaya Emerson and Tabatha Emerson, survive him. He relished in the role of fatherhood, always prioritizing his children's happiness and instilling in them the same values that defined his life - love, hard work, and compassion.

Despite the joy and laughter he brought to many, Phillip also experienced profound grief in his lifetime, namely the early loss of his cherished granddaughter, Shantel Emerson. His resilience and strength in facing such heartache were an inspiration to those who knew him.

Phillip’s life was marked by dedication, love, laughter, and a spirit of generosity that will live on through his loved ones. His legacy of love and hard work remains a beacon for his family and those who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed, but his influence and the memories shared will continue to inspire and guide us.
