Phillip Dwayne Lowe Sr. was born on April 16, 1962 in Kentucky. He went to be with the Lord on January 10th, 2020. He was 57 years old. He left behind his two children: Phillip Lowe, Jr. and Heather Smith, three grandchildren: Shayne, Ryan, and Logan, his loving partner: Lina Merchant, and his two siblings: Patricia Lowe and Robert Lowe. He is preceded in death by his mother Frances Jo Lowe and Robert Lowe. Phillip served in the United States Navy for 11 years. Phillip enjoyed writing music, playing golf, and listening to Eric Clapton. He was a loving father, brother, and friend and will be missed by all.
