We are certainly going to miss Phil.  (Willie) I am especially going to miss his daily text  to me with happy messages to “his Tennessee girl”.  All of our memories of him are happy and funny ones. Oh the stories we heard about him and Mick Heckinger over the years. Phil was a true and loyal friend. And if he picked on you a little then he must have really liked you. I can only imagine the mischief he and Mick are getting into right now.  That thought makes us laugh even now. We love you Willie! ❤️
