Philip “Phil” Grant Collins of Tomball, Texas passed away unexpectedly on September 3, 2023, at the age of 83. Phil was born on June 8, 1940, in Gorman, Texas to DM and Lillian Collins. He graduated from Milby High School in 1958 and, having decided to prepare for the ministry of the gospel of Jesus Christ, attended East Texas Baptist College where he graduated in 1962.
