Obituary
Philip Ray Chandnoit was born the son of the late Philip and Elaine Chandnoit in October of 1960. He later met his wife and moved with his family to Boise, Idaho and became a painter by trade. Sadly, he passed on the morning of December 20th, 2022 at the age of 62.
Philip had a passion for fishing, geology, and music. He could be found most days on the lake or knee-deep in the river …
