Philip Ray Chandnoit was born the son of the late Philip and Elaine Chandnoit in October of 1960. He later met his wife and moved with his family to Boise, Idaho and became a painter by trade. Sadly, he passed on the morning of December 20th, 2022 at the age of 62.

Philip had a passion for fishing, geology, and music. He could be found most days on the lake or knee-deep in the river hunting for catfish and there always seemed to be yet another box of rocks that appeared in the house whenever he came back from his adventures. Philip also had a knack for bringing people together from all walks of life with just a few plucks from guitar strings. Music always seemed to follow in his footsteps.

Philip is survived by his wife, Connie Chandnoit, and his children; Christopher Chandoit, Nann Gomez, Jayce Gomez, Nicholas Chandnoit, and Michael Chandnoit.

In keeping with tradition, of family and friend gatherings, his family will be holding a memorial at their home on December 30th at 6 PM to honor and cherish the memory of their Husband, Father, and Friend. Anyone who wishes to celebrate his memory is welcome.
