We send our sincere condolence to my sister Nicole and my niece Anny,

Phil was a great person and a loving family man.  We will cherish his memories.

Now he can RIP.

                                                                                             Love Always, Denise.

The Caribou High School Class of 1967 would like to express our condolences to Phil's family.  May he RIP.
Both Debbie and I send our heartfelt condolences to Phil’s family. Phil and I hung out some during our time at UMPI. He was a good friend, honest and always willing to help. Our prayers are with you.
I am so very sorry to hear about Junior.  As children, we were fortunate to spend so much time with Junior and the family, first on Collins Street in Caribou and then in the log cabin in New Sweden.   Wonderful memories of him.

To the Phil Bourgoine Family.

I remember working  with Phil in our Maverick Missile Program days, and later years in Area B.  Our sincere condolences in the passing of your loved one.  Our prayers are with you in these saddened days.
