Obituary
Philip Edward Bourgoine, Jr is now at peace after a long battle with Dementia. Philip was a graduate of the University of Maine in Presque Isle, and taught school at Caribou High School. After teaching, he became a Captain in the United States Air Force, then a Program Manager at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Fairborn, Ohio. Philip was honest, dependable, and always quick to help others. He loved to read, cook, watch movies …
