Peter J Stamulis Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we share the news of the passing of Peter J. Stamulis on September 4th, 2025, at the age of 69. Peter was a member of the Floral Park community.

A lifelong resident of Floral Park, N.Y. Peter’s life was a testament to his remarkable spirit and unwavering resilience. His achievements spanned numerous fields, leaving an enduring legacy within our town. He excelled athletically, setting state shot put records at Floral Park Memorial High School that remain unsurpassed – a testament to his dedication and exceptional talent. This competitive drive fueled his success in various entrepreneurial endeavors and his contributions to the film industry.

Peter had a vibrant personal life. He possessed a keen appreciation for  photography, classic cars, surfing. These passions reflected his zest for life and his ability to find joy in many experiences.

Despite facing significant health challenges with extraordinary courage throughout his life, beginning in his twenties, Peter’s optimistic spirit never faltered. His infectious charm and unwavering positivity touched the lives of countless people.

Peter is survived by his brother, James Stamulis of Floral Park, NY, and will be deeply mourned by his many friends and family. He was predeceased by his parents, James and June Stamulis, and his daughter, Jennifer Stamulis.

While we grieve his loss, let us also celebrate the extraordinary life of Peter J. Stamulis, a man whose strength, determination, and inspiring spirit will continue to resonate within those that knew him. His memory will forever be a source of inspiration to us all.
