Peter M. Dion Sr. passed away Sunday June 2nd, 2024 in his home at the age of 67 after a long illness. He was the beloved and devoted husband of Lynne (Sperling) Dion to whom he shared 42 wonderful years of marriage. Born in Adams, MA on June 22nd, 1956 to Francis Dion Sr. & Yvonne (Morin) Dion.

Pete was the loving father of Peter Dion Jr. (wife, Hannah) and Tonya Gloria (husband, Sonny). He was the youngest of 4 siblings, Francis Dion Jr., the late Lana Bator and Doreen Sosa. He is also survived by his grandchildren Anaje’ Sanchez, Nyla Dion, Roman Gloria, Nia Dion and Benson Gloria.  His stepdaughter Tammy Gaudette (husband Jim), stepson Sandy Spring and Michael Dion.

Pete was employed at GE, a member of the National Guard reserves for 18 years and a machine mechanic. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching football, building and remodeling with wood and wood burning.
