Penny, Katy, and Tulley:

I will miss Peter's company at Counselor meetings and the many conversations we have had over the years about economics, real estate research, politics and other topics. Peter was engaged, had opinions, and a wry sense of humor. Peter was instrumental in working with me in the early days of creating the CRE Top 10 issues and my non-profit work on sustainability in real estate. My condolences.
Penny,
Peter and I worked together on CRE's Real Estate Issues for many years. His guidance and humor taught me so much. I labored over my "Letter from the Editor", a task that he accomplished so well when he took that position. I still keep his Letters in a folder. When I "retired" from REI he gave me a small first edition book of essays that he had discovered in a second hand bookstore. That book is still on my desk. Peter is gone but not forgotten.
My condolences,
Maura Cochran

Penny, Katy & Talley -- Peter will be missed by all of his friends at the Counselors of Real Estate. My condolences.
Peter was a special, respected member of the Colorado real estate community and the Colorado CRE chapter. We missed him when he moved on, but we still enjoyed meeting up again at national meetings. My condolences to the family.

When I first arrived in Denver in 1997, Peter was the first to welcome me to the real estate research community. Always loved his attitude about life, what really mattered, and his posts from Maine. Peter made his mark with his professionalism and life. He will be missed.
Dear Talley,
I'm so very sorry for your loss. I know how much you loved and admired your dad and cherished your time with him. Sending you love and light.

Talley,

We are so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. We know he was such a special person to you and your family. Our thoughts are with your family as you grieve and reflect on his life together.

So very sorry for your family's loss. Peter was a special person and I have always held him in the highest regard. He was kind and caring, and even though we didn't always agree on the issues of the day, our affection for each other outweighed those differences. I will miss his sparkle. God bless you.
