Perry is survived by his devoted wife, Deborah Goulet-Moy; his sons, Christopher, Kerry, and Jason; and his daughter, Brandy. He is also lovingly remembered by his brothers, George Cogswell and Richard Moy, and his sister, Linda Moy. Perry's legacy lives on through his six beloved grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, who will forever treasure the memories of his love, care, and compassion.
