Penney came into my life when she was born and I was three.  She was my little sister and my constant shadow.  As I look back at my life Penney was a part of every aspect of my life.  Our childhood had challenges but we always had each other.  Once when I was 13 there was a boy who had a crush on me and came to our house.  He tried to put his arm around me and Penney hit him on the head with a rock paperweight.  Needless to say we were both protective of each other.  I was so blessed to share my entire life with her.  Rarely a day went by that we didn’t talk on the phone.  The hard part about loving someone so much is the crushing void and ache when they are gone.  Penney was such an amazing person and I miss her every day.  She blessed me with my beautiful loving niece Nicole and I’ll be forever grateful for her.
