Peggy Lou Regnier of Colville, WA, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2022, just days after her 90th birthday. She was born in February of 1932 on her grandmother’s kitchen table in Finely, WA to Albert and Viola Aylward. She was the oldest of four kids, with three younger brothers. Growing up at the beginning of the Great Depression and on into World War II made a massive impact on her, making her incredibly resourceful, …
