Peggy Jane Lewis, born Peggy Jane Bennett on 28 January 1940 in Hillsboro, Texas, was the daughter of the late Everett Glenn "Pete" Bennett and Eula Marie Garner, and the younger sister of Nancy Marie Tallant. She departed this life on 14 May 2024 at the age of 84. She was happily united in marriage to Gerald Leon Lewis in 1958, and they enjoyed almost 66 years together as husband and wife, over 70 as …
