Peggy Jane English Stahl was born on September 29, 1961 in Kansas City, Kansas to Anna Elizabeth and Lee Marion English. The first girl to a family of brothers—Lee II, Victor, and George—who just over a year later welcomed little sister and partner in crime Nancy. Known as “Peggyoni” or “Onie”, she grew up in St. Louis, Missouri alongside her sister and their good family friends in the Jacobs family. Peggy attended Ritenour Senior High …
