Dear Lisa and Elkins family,
So very sorry to hear about the loss of Peggy. I have many fond memories of Peggy back in the 1980s when Lisa and I were attending Sonoma State University together. Peggy was a kind and loving person. I know she will be missed. My thoughts an prayers go out the Elkins family.

Aunt Peggy  was such a beautiful Lady! Although we didn't get to see each other very often,  I  always was so happy to see her. She will always be in my fondest memories !

I have very fond memories of Aunt Peggy when she lived in Temple Ok. We didn’t get very many gifts or treats when I was a child and Aunt Peggy bought me some toy cap guns. What a great time I had with those little cheap toys. She had such a way of making you feel special. When we were older and she would come back to Duncan for visits we would go to Braums and have a great time catching up with each other’s lives and families. It was always a hope that I would make it out to see her and I regret not making that happen. I know she  would have shown us a great time.
